Lots of misinformation here. I tested this just last week and no, bites will NOT kill you on Everyone's Infected settings. As others have said, when bitten you can : - pray to RNGsus that it won't end your chara and play carefully still. - Kill your chara, there a few options for that. - Become reckless have and your last bit of fun driving off to wherever or blasting your ammo into a horde, commit arson, whatever floats your boat.
