The AAMC’s question packs feel different than their other practice material so it makes one question their accuracy to the real exam. The good news is that the AAMC question packs are not a waste of time. They are actually pretty helpful. I’ll explain why in this blog post.
Personally I do Jack Westin every single day (its free). I would honestly do both because UWorld is also representative of the exam (or so Ive heard). I can understand your sentiment. I found UWorld frustrating in the beginning. For me, I found UWorld to be an excellent resource for consistent practice months out from the test date. Yes it is harder, but it’ll help you improve immensely. Once you get closer to your test date, say 1.5 months in advance, I’d switch to exclusively AAMC material.Princeton. They're ridiculously hard at times and go deep into the content. UWorld is more content heavy too than AAMC, but Princeton is just nuts.
