Works good enough. My other advice is to buffer stuff. This is not recommended for normal play, since it hides bottlenecks. In the No Spoon case, you want to hide bottlenecks.For early to Mid-game, around 30 SPM is what you're looking for. For late game, you only need 1600 Purple and 1300 Yellow. Don't build to 30/45 SPM. That's a lot of time being spent building. For the end game, build rocket components as you do the final research. For early game, I'd watch some Speedrun videos.

Handcraft: there should be a minute spend not crafting useful stuff. Always run arround and rebalance stuff in your buffer chests and insert when lines run short.
