Att active armor not working.
Jan 11, 2024 · It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either. I was told the issue was because my phone number was ported from a different carrier. I get that but my calls are getting blocked by ATT and I have no way to access the block list.
Active Armor call blocking not working. Spam call blocking not working. It doesn't matter if I have it blocked or send to voicemail all calls coming through. This was not a issue previously till around the 2nd week of June. I have followed the directions for clearing cache force stopping Google Play Store and Google Services and still not working.let us know if the Active Armor VPN is working fine. I don’t know how to answer because I don’t know the expected behavior. The VPN icon appears on the top of the pull-down screen even when the network is safe. When I turn Auto-connect VPN off, and turn VPN off from the main settings screen, the VPN comes on again.Try force stopping the ActiveArmor app. By going into your Settings > ActiveArmor Mobile Security > Force Stop. This prevents it from running in the background, and is another way to prevent glitches with the app. Make sure the application is updated by going into the App store and checking for updates.The AT&T guy who helped me said that Active Armor's issues is with their server. He also told me to give it an hour or two and call the 611 number. I keep sending report logs to AT&T for the app. I cannot access the app at all! I'm at the point of desperation now because Active Armor is still not working for me.
