lisas1031. Black hole of support from Xfinity .. can't get thru on any response about state of my seasonal hold. Specifically requested internet hold that would provide access to security cameras and HVAC control. Didn't get that so then spoke with support person whose supv told her that wasn't possible so I asked to have hold removed.
