Uber driver not showing up.

A trip is missing from my pay statement. Under certain conditions, when a fare is especially high it will be flagged for manual review by Uber's team. Sometimes this may result in a longer waiting period for the fare to be cleared and paid out. Manual review is used for security purposes.I see absolutely no surge in the app, no notice of sticky surge, nothing. I do however get trips with surge. The only way I can tell if it's surging is by checking the pax app to see if fares are higher. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing.
