I'm a big 6wt fan and have a slow action 7'6" 6wt Cabela's CGR glass rod for my small water fishing, a 6wt TFO Axiom II-X for my heavier streamer/bass/carp fishing, and the 6wt Pro II was there as my medium-fast all-around trout rod that also doubled as a great rod for short to medium distance bass fishing when the Axiom II-X felt like overkill.
