Hello, silly question here from someone new to Pathfinder 2e. If a background states must take Dex/Wis and a free ability boost, does this mean if I take Wisdom, the free ability boost cannot be Dexterity since that was a binary choice earlier locked between Dexterity and Wisdom?

The PF sheet has a built-in HeroLab import function, but nothing else. AFAIK, the HeroLab importer was designed to ONLY parse HeroLabs exported format. There is a Pathfinder Companion Script (still in beta) that has a built-in prd/srd text-based stat block parser that can also handle PCGen text-based stat blocks with some pre-editing required.
