I had my sweep at 38+5 and lost mucous plug a few hour later with spotting and cramps. Was 2cm at that time. Woke up the next morning at 430am with back pain that came and went ( was actually contractions just didn’t know it yet). Contractions remained through the day getting stronger that evening.
