I felt like you really had to understand the context the terms are used to be successful, and the 300-page doc does a better job of prepping you for that. I did think I bombed P/S and I felt like the 300-page document was not nearly enough to do well on that section, so you might want to take what I'm saying with a grain of salt.

Disclaimer: I haven't got my score back yet. My avg FL is 507 out of 7 BP FLs. 86 Page is more than enough. 300 Page is just too much imo. Scored 131 on P/S. I did the 300pg doc in 7 days, 8 days if you include the bonus material (pages 300-335). If you combine that with a lot of practice you should be able to score really well on P/S overall. It took me a while to get through especially if you're studying part-time. At this point AAMC FL C/P might be enough practice. I'd work on CARS and P/S if I were you. You could definitely get your P/S to 130+ in this time if you start grinding the Anki/Khan Academy/Kaplan/300 page doc - whatever content review floats your boat.
