The vehicle should be safe/legal to drive during daylight hours, at least. Now to figure out why the tail lights aren't working (those will light up the outer assemblies, plus the outer bits on the tailgate and the license plate). Step 1 - check the front corner lights are on with the lights in the Park and/or On positions.

I can see the AC display react to increasing or decreasing the blower speed, but nothing comes out. Rear AC Blower seems to be fine.
