Feb 22, 2016 · I have a 2008 Acadia. Whenever I fill the gas tank the car won't start, just keeps cranking. I then floor it and after a few seconds of cranking it starts up. Now there is a hesitation when driving. It pulls out fine but as I accelerate it rumbles a little (like its not getting enough fuel). I hit the gas and it works fine from there. 2008 Acadia will crank but not start. I have a 08 Acadia which won't start. As we were going down the road it just shut off and hasn't started since. We have redone the transmission and the timing about 2 years ago and change all the spark plugs.
