I run exp/2x speed/2x dmg pots and it definitely helps with not having issues running out or having to buy huge stacks from vendors, even with automation arm perk that pulls food from bank.Plat helm/boots (or Dementia) have def % and that helped all my characters. Now I only use about 3-5k Kebabs/Meat Pies for my 9 characters overnight with the automation arm which is super easy to sustain because W4 drops tons of cash.
