Ancient dragonguard.
Personally, I prefer Ancient Dragonguard. It has some good damage and some good defense if you fall too low on health. I've never cared for New Moon due to the added cost of resources, but that's just my opinion. Both are craftable, so they are easy enough to obtain to try both and see which you like.

Ancient Dragonguard also wants you to always be at 100% HP to give you the WD bonus, which is really only effective in PVP. If you're absolutely having sustain issues, and changing your CP doesn't help fix it, then running EV is fine.
