One will be the load side power feed and the other will be the control side power feed. The PCM gives the control side a ground which engergizes the relay and sends power through the load side to the clutch. If the system charge is good with the compressor "forced on" in this manner, but the car is getting hot, open the hood and listen to see if the compressor is engaged. Force it on with the wire and see if you start getting cold air in the car. If you do, the compressor works and likely the relay in damaged.
