Ahh, this explains that. We had VERY few zombies spawn in the base, and they were all (I think) wearing civilian clothes. Probably only 5-10 zeds in the whole base when we came through. You are not playing the beta build then. Found that out myself some days ago.

I went there on my solo playthrough and only found a m9 and maybe close to 10 boxes of ammo.
