But it's not as bad as it was in the past because Luffy has gained and grown exponentially haki-wise. So while I do believe Aokiji still wins, Luffy did close the gap by a lot. IMO he can probably beat Big Mom but not because he's necessarily stronger. I just don't think Big Mom can counter snakeman's speed without fs. IIRC Kaido needed it just to fight Luffy in snakeman. Big Mom's fast but IIRC she hasn't shown blitz attacks on the level of Kaido's. Luffy is on her level of speed in base and has fs.

The way I see it no. I do think Zoro should always be close to Luffy in strength though, like Roger and Rayleigh. That being said, my reasoning why Luffy is stronger than Zoro is because Zoro would NEVER follow someone weaker than himself.
