It's not a loud sound like a rattling heat shield or anything, just a faint sound like a chain is dragging underneath the car, and it's only during acceleration. I chalked it up as normal for the 2nd gen Pilot. I have a 2016 touring model and have the exact situation described; clunk noise at about 27 mph when shifting under low load which disappears under more load. Had towing package with cooler installed by dealer when bought. Started noticing at about 8000 miles but may have always been there due to driving circumstance.

There are many threads on it. 1) Do a drain and fill of the AT fluid. 2) Replace the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches. There are threads for that, they are reasonably cheap and easy to do it yourself.
