There is a lab under the pagoda also that has a door that you could not open. In the release now it opens with the supervisor key. Back and forth and back and forth.

Yep, the entrance is all the way in the back, past the T-Rex. There are few air pockets, so you're going to need a Bubble Helm and some flippers are highly recommended. There's a couple good meals and a slurry or two that can also help.
