Those door speakers are notoriously bad and known to be intermittent. Been there on that. Door hinge area wiring is more apt to be a wire broken inside the insulation area. Since tweeters work I would look at door speakers and door accordion wiring first.

If there's no fuel then it may actually be a fuel pump issue. If you turn the key on but don't try to start it, does the fuel pump run for about 2 seconds? Remove the fuel pump relay and swap it with another with the same number of terminals. Remove the fuse and reinstall it a few times to burnish the connection.
