I am casting my own 405g Boolit's, using a Lee 405 standard base mold! Using Wheel weights and dropping in water as soon as cast! Loading as poured and not sizing! It should give around ~1200/1400 fps in your rifle. I have used it in one of my 45/70's but, not by itself, I used it as a priming charge for 4831, for a better loading density. H110/296 is a excellent reduce charge powder. In BR shooting, it's not position sensitive.
