Poshmark seems to be attracting more of these types of buyers and perpetuating the problem by supporting these false claims. Maybe having a 3-day return might help buyers not feel they have to lie and damage the products, if they need to return the item. Not sure what will help, but it’s infuriating for sure. 30.
The email having PoshMark use "centre" (British spelling) but also "apologize" (American spelling). The use of "kindly" in the email. That's a super common tell-tale sign of a scammer who is used to colloquial Indian English.
