Strangely, one of the better things to specialize in is kinetic blade. It requires only one feat to be good at, weapon finesse. And you benefit a lot more from extra attacks like from haste and iterative attacks. The biggest kineticist damage builds are based on kinetic blade. avr. This is what I've found so far for kineticist angel. Sword of Heaven: Works on kinetic blade. In fact, it works twice on kinetic blade (+4d6 instead of +2d6) because it's a weapon and an ability. The bonus dice are affected by metakinesis - if you maximize and/or empower your blast, Sword of Heaven will likewise be maximized and/or empowered.
Ok just did a test run on my kineticist with Fire/Earth composite blast. What I am seeing is two entries for damage as the results of the attack. Fire is base 20d6 (lvl 20 composite blast)+ 6d6 (greater kineticist crown) +2d6 (lesser kineticist rod) = 28d6+43 damage base.
