Legend dares aren’t worth it for loot imo. The time it takes to form the party and complete it multiple times would equate to less normal dare runs/less chances in the same amount of time. There is a normal and legend version. Walk into the lift backwards and you will make the jump 100% of times. Your heavy will regenerate if you make it up too, so it is very useful and easy to do. No but they're super helpful at times, just help with ability cool downs and such. Shot the stuff and get the points.
1300 is sufficient if you are good. 1320 is better. Over 9000. Idk man just max out your power level not cuz its necessary but its nice not having to worry bout it. I was able to run the 6 person dares of eternity with 1280 light level. I can't speak to the light level of the other people in the event with me.

Yes it is bugged. One trick I learned from some guy in my team is when you finish last bosses and yellow bars keeps spawning. Kill them, grab the sword and go over the edge and switch to different weapon. By doing this you are dropping swords off the map and this stops yellow bars spawning.
