Lol don't know why it's expensive but it's a "software" with practice questions similar to the MCAT. Anki is great for content review but the MCAT really "gets you" on applying that content that why is it important to practice. Whether It uword or some other program make sure to be practice. The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up. Uworld is pretty close to the real deal, especially for a third party company. The BEST thing about Uworld is the crazy in depth explanation for every single question and getting lots of practice with timing down.

I paid fuck-all attention to my score, worked out fine. Same goes for UWorld. After getting a 71% in CP and 70% in PS SB, I have learned that my brain likes to betray me sometimes. Btw, both section banks felt WAY harder for the first 10-20 questions than the later 80-- i think they front loaded them.
