How to read bookmap.
Well, Bookmap is no indicator to me. Bookmap, same as the Jigsaw tools or other tools (!) are just fancy DOM T&S combos. And I use Bookmap just instead of a regular DOM, because I like it better. Bookmap has indicator ADD-ONS, but there's only one of them that might be useful in super thick and slow markets like EudoDollar or the 10 year Bond.
