The 2011 Odyssey EXL is our second Odyssey. Had the first one for over 10 years. Love the Odyssey (the 2011 is so much better than the 2001), but have two issues now. First, we are now getting the stupid LOW BATT message again. Battery was low and barely started the van. Jun 28, 2018 · DVD player not working. I have an 05 touring, and out of nowhere, when I put a DVD in the player, it makes a loud whirring noise like a motor or something is spinning. The rear screen is blue and it says loading. Then after that whirring noise starts and stops a few times, it turns off. The disk will eject just fine. The power doors work when key is out or in I, the doors will close but not open when key is in II or engine is on. When the doors are open and the key is on it makes an annoying beep until the door is shut.
