If you can’t get speed you have to take advantage of loft. You probably need to be at 10.5 loft minimum, and set yourself up in a way that you’ll hit the ball with a positive angle of attack (I don’t see it here). Hitting the ball higher with more spin will get you more carry from where you’re at now.
