The rings are an upgrade. The hat boot and somewhat amulet are on par w the dragoon. The damage is higher but it doesn’t rly matter considering the damage cap of 150. Dragoon amulet gives an aoe also. The deck is rly just picking between the executive deck of pip conversion and the Demi deck of block.
