I brought it home and began testing the trigger with my RIGHT hand. Bozz48. You should be able to shoot many thousands of rounds without completely disassembling the pistol. Field stripping, cleaning, and lubing will keep it top condition for a very long time. If you have 9 or 10 thousand rounds though it, it might be time to completely disassemble it.
