Looking out, right door is stuck with deadbolt and 2 shoot bolts stuck in locked position, i turn the lock from the inside and it keeps clicking as i turn but doesn't release. On the left of the french doors I can release the shoot bolts but not the deadbolt. I don't have a key for the right door (only side with a key slot on the outside).
