The blend door actuator was “clicking“ in the driver side dash, and was found to have a broken shaft inside the actuator. I still get some warm air mixed with cold air from the passenger side. I noticed it from the very beginning of taking ownership in 2015 and many dealer visits they said they could no duplicate the problem. Finaly a few months before the warranty expired they performed a blend door actuator test and found the left actuator failed so they replaced it under warranty. The part # 68299450-AA I believe.
