One of my favorite places to get ramen is a place called Ramen Nagi, which has locations in my hometown. Ichiran reminds me a lot of Nagi - the flavors, the noodle texture, the customization, the friendly wait staff, and the distinctly Japanese way of ordering items. I appreciated the booths as it was nice to be able to just concentrate on my meal.
