It's worked as designed, and the safety features rarely assert themselves. When they do, it's as often a welcome reminder that I'm pushing my luck as it is an annoyance.

You can't modify something and be guaranteed nothing will change. But the system works fine with the lift.

I had some issues too with my 2023 outback eyesight camera not active, just notice twice already on start up without any obstruction no ice, snow or anything. After about 5 mins driving ,it enables eyesight camera.Not sure if permanently disabling a safety feature is something your insurer would be ok with. My insurer out here in BC gives us 10% discount for having autonomous emergency braking AEB. That is integrated with EyeSight in Subarus.
