Water, in my opinion, is the most versatile healer, there's a lot of ways to get the job done with water. It also is pretty good for hybrid damaging. There's also enough combos for the class to determine what you want to do in healing (i.e. get the electric weapon which will allow for aoe healing in group).Sadly no weapons of destiny isn't like any other power any other class has, it does direct damage I think it's like 3 ticks, wired imo is a pretty lame power considering it takes up a power slot, if you want a power that's close to weapons of destiny then take neo venom boost, it does nice damage but has about double the recast time of WoD.
