I'm having the same issue, my Cricut Maker was cutting perfect yesterday I'm cutting matte sticker paper. Today design space reinstalled before it would open then my cuts were way off. I recalibrated and my calibration looked great tried again cuts still off, cleared my cache and that didn't work either.

It's been as issue for at least 2 years, maybe more not sure. Only owned a cricut for 2 years or so. Cricut has never fixed the issue and never uploaded the correct version so until that occurs, I will always tell users to print the calibration sheet and use it for calibration instead of the one from DS.
