We've decided to follow the Vanguard 2050 target date fund for our stock/bond split (hence 90/10) until it reaches 60% stock and then we plan to hold steady (we shall see).
Technically, VTWAX does not have a US to International allocation. The paradigm shift is that the split is no longer a consideration from a certain point of view.
