Jan 26, 2017 · We have two wired receivers. The one in the bedroom isn't getting a green link any more. It keeps having the "UVerse is not available at this time. Try again later" type message. I've tried every reset, reboot, etc. Checked the conncetions of that receiver. All is good.

Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working. If that doesn't work then soft recovery maybe needed.

The receiver will not re-establish its connection (via cable to ethernet- port 1). The ethernet port shows an amber light and there is no service to that television. The amber light follows the ethernet cable in any port. The other wireless receivers i the home have u-verse access, but likewise no DVR function.
