Hi, With the lvl squish coming in shadowlands and the revamped leveling experience Im wondering the following: I have some alts that are 110 atm and I solo farm previous raids (from WotLK, MoP etc) with them with ease. In shadowlands those alts will pbbly be scaled to about 45-46 lvl and im curious if i will be able to go into ICC or SoO …

As soon as you enter an old raid, you gain a lot of power - making it very easy to solo. This tech was added a very long time ago. So when your level 50 and you enter Molten Core, you will still one shot everything because of legacy raid/dungeon mechanics. If anything, BFA raids should be soloable quite easily in 9.0 due to this.
You will probably not be able to solo Shadowlands raids at 70. They haven't been tuned to legacy content, so they will still truck you up & any mechanics that requires a group will still be in place (like a raid split mechanic).
