Nokomis public beach is more convenient to get to compared to Holmes beach (our go to beach) and Siesta Key (fam fav). It's 35 miles from our house in East Bradenton but quicker to drive to via the 75 (38 min without traffic). Holmes beach is 20 miles but takes 50 min via route 64.
