Open the Python you just downloaded and click "Install" it should do the rest on it's own and then say "Successfully Installed" you can just close it. Once you've installed Python and downloaded the GeometryDashSaveFixFile1.1.1, open the 7zip file of it and click "Geometry-Dash-SaveFile-Fix-1.1.1" then click "GDSavefileFIX.py".
