Speed isn't even my issue. It's a consistent connection. 30% packet loss. in 100 seconds, my connection times out in 30 seconds breaking every socket + connection making video conferencing impossible. The speedtests anyone at AT&T runs don't account for the jitter and connection loss, so it looks good to them.
